Foreign Buying VS Selling 3

Nothing but foreign buying since December 16.

Last Dec. 16, I posted 47 issues broke above Sept 19 closed, now it 67,

( Phisix 4,308 Top, prior to the crash) and last dec. 16, 70 still stuck up, now only 54.

Nice thing about trend following, you do not have to do anything. Just watch for danger signals. That's it.
